Kaladarshini Fine Arts Institute at Andhra Loyola College will organise the 23rd Kaladarshini Cultural Festival 2026 from October 26-31, offering students and aspiring artistes a platform to showcase their talents in various cultural disciplines.
In a statement on Wednesday, Director of Kaladarshini Fine Arts Institute Fr. K. Ravindra said the six-day festival aims to promote art, culture and creativity by encouraging participation in dance, music, fine arts and theatre. Participants will compete in three categories – primary school, high school and college students – across 12 events.
The competitions will include solo Bharatanatyam, solo Kuchipudi, drawing and painting, skits, classical singing, light music, group singing, western singing and western group dance, among other events. Organisers said participation would be open to everyone, with no entry fee. Certificates will be presented to all participants in recognition of their involvement and to encourage young talent in the arts.
Fr. Ravindra, along with members of the organising team, released the festival poster. The inaugural ceremony is scheduled for October 26 at 9 a.m., while the valedictory function will be held on October 31.
