Following the incident, the All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA), in a post on X, raised concerns over fire-safety arrangements at Film City and demanded an investigation into the incident.

AICWA president Suresh Shyamlal Gupta said in the post, “This is a very serious incident. Such incidents repeatedly raise questions about fire safety on film and television sets and the safety of workers working there.”

The association demanded that authorities investigate the cause of the fire and examine whether adequate fire-safety measures were in place at the set. It also sought action in case any negligence was found.
