Luxury apparel store Pernia to raise ₹680 crore through IPO

Luxury apparel store Pernia to raise ₹680 crore through IPO

Posted on August 26, 2026 By admin

Luxury fashion platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio’s parent company, Purple Style Labs (PSL), is set to raise as much as ₹680 crore through its initial public offering (IPO), providing PSL with additional capital to expand its physical retail footprint, while supporting its broader omnichannel growth strategy.

The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹546-575 per equity share. The minimum lot size is 26 shares, with investors required to bid in multiples of 26 shares thereof.

Around ₹371 crore from the IPO proceeds would be invested in PSL’s wholly owned subsidiary, PSL Retail. The funds would be used primarily to meet lease liabilities related to experience centres and back-end offices across India, according to the company prospectus.

The remaining proceeds would be allocated towards sales and marketing initiatives, as well as general corporate purposes.

Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio is among India’s fastest-growing multi-designer luxury fashion platforms “built on a wider designer assortment, a capital-efficient omnichannel business model and deep relationships with designers and customers,” company officials said during a media briefing.
