Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) said it has incorporated its regional headquarters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with an investment of 1.65 million Saudi Riyals, complying with the Saudi government’s project bidding norms.

In a regulatory filing, TCS informed the stock exchanges that the company named Tata Consultancy Services Regional Headquarters was incorporated on January 18, 2026.

Tata Consultancy Services Netherlands B.V. is the holding Company of the Tata Consultancy Services Regional Headquarters, which is a step-down subsidiary of TCS.

The company will be engaged in Information Technology and Information Technology enabled Services, it said.

“Saudi Arabia’s Regional Headquarters (RHQ) Program requires multinational companies to maintain a licensed RHQ in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Saudi government has made RHQ formation as pre-requisite to become eligible for participation in Government and semi-Government project bidding,” TCS said in the filing.

“It supports the objectives of KSA Vision 2030 by promoting localized decision-making, strengthening long-term commitments, and attracting foreign direct investment,” it added.
