Shruti Mallpani, co-founder of Symposium, Hyderabad, was presented with the Bharat Gaurav Award 2026 in the Social Impact category by Uttarakhand Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh (retired) at a ceremony in Dehradun on Monday.

IFS officers Sameer Sinha (Uttarakhand), Meenakshi Negi (Karnataka), and IPS officer Anjani Kumar (Andhra Pradesh) were conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award at the same event.

Since its launch, Symposium, a curated knowledge and leadership forum in Hyderabad, has organised a series of high-level programmes featuring policymakers, administrators, scientists, sportspersons and industry leaders.

Reacting to the honour, Symposium chairman and founder Girish Mallpani said the award to Ms. Mallpani was a matter of immense pride for the entire team and recognised its growing contribution to meaningful national dialogue.
