T.N. Housing Minister to inaugurate The Hindu Real Estate & Infrastructure Summit 2026 on July 30

T.N. Housing Minister to inaugurate The Hindu Real Estate & Infrastructure Summit 2026 on July 30

Posted on July 28, 2026 By admin

Rapidly expanding city infrastructure, urbanisation, and the rise of integrated communities has led to a recent increase in demand from both end-users and investors in Chennai. With the city’s real estate sector entering a definitive growth phase, The Hindu is organising The Real Estate & Infrastructure Summit 2026, presented by Casagrand in association with Adissia Developers, on July 30 at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai.

The summit will be inaugurated by Tamil Nadu’s Minister for Housing and Urban Development B. Rajkumar, who will deliver the keynote address on the future of urban development and infrastructure in India. The event will serve as a platform for developers, investors, architects, urban planners, technology experts, and policymakers to exchange ideas on the opportunities and challenges emerging across the real estate and infrastructure sectors.

The summit will feature keynote addresses and discussions by prominent voices from the real estate and infrastructure sectors, including M.N. Arun, managing director, Casagrand; M.V. Manikandan, founder and CMD, Adissia Developers; and members of CREDAI Chennai.

Urban real estate trends

Business leaders and experts are expected to examine the most significant trends transforming India’s urban landscape, such as the rapid expansion of Global Capability Centres (GCCs), rise of smart manufacturing hubs, growing role of artificial intelligence in construction, emergence of new investment corridors, and the luxury housing boom. Other sessions will focus on sustainable housing, policy reforms, and the capital flows driving the country’s next phase of urban growth.

The summit aims to facilitate meaningful networking among industry stakeholders, offering participants an opportunity to engage directly with the decision-makers expected to shape India’s real estate and infrastructure landscape over the coming decade.

Associate Partners: Navin’s and Mindspace REIT; Banking Partner: State Bank of India; Insurance Partner: United India Insurance; Academic Partner: Saveetha College of Architecture & Design; Industry Partner: CREDAI Chennai; Television Partner: Puthiya Thalaimurai; Digital News Partner: The Federal. Participation is by invitation only. Those interested may register by visiting https://newsth.live/THRES2026 or by scanning the QR code.
