“Wo Mera Ghar Hai, Wo Temple…”: Rohit Sharma Tells KKR Coach As Viral Video Storms Internet

Posted on May 11, 2024 By admin

As the Mumbai Indians prepare to take on the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 clash on Saturday, an intriguing video surfaced on social media where Rohit Sharma could be seen being involved in an intense chat with KKR’s assistant coach Abhishek Nayar. Though there was plenty of background noise, it didn’t take long for fans to find out what exactly was spoken between Rohit and Nayar on the eve of the KKR vs MI clash at Eden Gardens.

In the video, Rohit and Nayar could be heard talking about ‘things changing’. At the end of the video, the former Mumbai Indians skipper also said that “it’s his last”. Though the context of the conversation isn’t known, fans suggested that the two could’ve talked about the current situation at Mumbai Indians, especially Hardik Pandya‘s appointment as skipper.

“Ek ek cheez change ho raha hai…Woh unke upar hai…Jo bhi hai woh mera ghar hai bhai, woh temple jo hai na maine banwaya hai(Everything is changing one by one… It’s on them… Whatever, but it’s my home brother, it’s the temple that I constructed).”

The last line that could be heard in the video was: “Bhai mera kya mera to ye last hai (brother, this is my last anyway)”.

Clear audio of Rohit Sharma and Abhishek Nayar’s conversation, he didn’t said that it’s his last IPL.

… That chat.

Rohit to Nayar “Ek ek cheez change ho rha hai!,, Wo unke upar hai,,, Jo bhi hai wo mera ghar hai bhai, wo temple mene banwaya hai”

Last line – “Bhai mera kya mera to ye last hai” And now KKR deleted that chatting video of Rohit Sharma and Nayar

A few days ago, a report emerged suggesting that multiple senior players in the Mumbai Indians team aren’t happy with Hardik Pandya’s captaincy. In fact, the senior stars also reportedly said that Hardik’s style of captaincy doesn’t create the required ‘buzz’ in the MI dressing room.

The Mumbai Indians management announced Hardik as the franchise’s skipper ahead of the start of the new season, hoping the India all-rounder would lead them to success just the way he did with the Gujarat Titans over the last couple of seasons. However, little has gone MI’s way since the campaign started.

Mumbai Indians became the first team to be knocked out of the playoffs race this campaign, and are placed 9th in the 10-team points table at present. With just 4 wins from 12 matches so far, MI have barely managed to click as a unit, with Hardik’s decision-making as a skipper also being questioned multiple times.
