US Open 2023, Men’s Doubles Final Highlights: Rohan Bopanna and Matthew Ebden lost the final match of men’s doubles against Rajeev Ram-Joe Salisbury 6-2, 3-6, 4-6. Bopanna-Ebden made a dominating start in the summit clash by winning the first set but failed to cash in on the golden opportunity. The pair, which was playing against the two-time defending champions Ram-Salisbury, won the first set 6-2 after breaking its opponents twice. In the second set, Ram-Salsbury made a really good comeback and won it 6-3. The match went into the deciding set where the American-British pair turned out to the be eventual winner.

In April 2021, Bopanna said he was wondering why he was still playing tennis. The Indian star had just lost a match in Estoril with Alexander Bublik.
