Profit Flat; Dividend Of Rs Rs 4.6 Declared — Check Record Date, Other Details

REC Ltd. has declared its third interim dividend of Rs 4.6 per share along with its third quarter financial results for financial year 2025-26 on Thursday.

The record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders has been set as Feb. 6, 2026, and the amount will be paid on or before Feb. 27, the company informed in the regulatory filing. 

REC’s net profit in the December was almost flat at Rs 4,052 crore, as compared to Rs 4,076 crore in the year-ago period. The company logged a 5.4% increase in its total income to Rs 15,058 crore from Rs 14,287 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal.

The Gross Credit Impaired Assets Ratio significantly was registered at 0.88%, compared to 1.95% in the year-ago period. The Net Credit Impaired Assets Ratio stood at 0.20%. Total loan assets grew to Rs 5.81 lakh crore as of December 31, 2025. The Capital to Risk-weighted Assets Ratio or CRAR stood at 24.26%.

An exceptional charge of Rs 18.28 crore was also incurred by the company.

REC Share Price

REC’s stock closed 0.61% lower at Rs 375.20 apiece on the BSE before the results on Thursday. This compares to a 0.27% advance in the Sensex index.
