Aurobindo Pharma Q2 net up 32.5% to ₹1,124 cr on higher revenue

Posted on November 5, 2026 By admin

Aurobindo Pharma’s consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September rose 32.5% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹1,124 crore on higher revenue across markets and business segments.

The profit came on a 24% increase in revenue from operations to ₹10,263 crore. It is the highest ever quarterly revenue thus far and driven by growth across businesses. The company has declared an interim dividend of ₹7 per share.

On a sequential basis, however, the growth was subdued. Aurobindo Pharma had reported ₹1,032 net profit and ₹9,150 revenue in the June quarter.

Vice-Chairman and Managing Director K. Nithyananda Reddy said the strong performance the company has delivered in Q2 reflected the strength of the business fundamentals, sustained execution and the resilience of its diversified product portfolio.

“Our growth is supported by healthy organic momentum across our key businesses and the successful integration of inorganic opportunities, further strengthening our capabilities and positioning us for the future,” he said.

The company said during the quarter the U.S. revenue increased 25% YoY to ₹4,555 crore; Europe by 27% to ₹3,161 crore; Growth Markets by 16% to ₹1,026 crore. Total formulations revenue stood at ₹9,102 crore (₹7,325 crore), while API revenue touched ₹1,162 crore (₹961 crore).
