Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Wednesday sought the support of the Yadav community for the State government’s major development initiatives, including the Musi River Rejuvenation Project, Hyderabad Metro Rail Phase-II and Bharat Future City.

Addressing the Sadar Sammelan, he said the government was committed to transforming Telangana into one of the country’s most developed States and emphasised that the participation of all sections of society was essential to achieving this objective.

Reaffirming the government’s commitment to the community’s welfare and political empowerment, Mr. Revanth Reddy said that adequate representation for Yadavs would be ensured in the future.

He cited Anil Kumar Yadav’s nomination to the Rajya Sabha, Naveen Yadav’s candidature for the Assembly by the Congress and Eshwaramma Yadav’s appointment to the Yadagirigutta Temple Board as examples of the government’s commitment to the community.
