Shri Physio & Rehab Centre at Adyar in Chennai will conduct an osteoporosis awareness camp on October 20, marking World Osteoporosis Day. Led by Shriram Krishnamoorthy, consultant orthopaedic and joint replacement surgeon, the initiative aims to raise awareness of bone health and the importance of early assessment and preventive care.

The camp will offer free bone density assessments, Vitamin D3 tests, and physiotherapy consultations. Participants will also receive guidance on simple exercises to strengthen bones, maintain mobility, and support bone health as part of their daily routine.

The camp will be held at the Wellness Hall on the first floor of Shri Physio & Rehab Centre on October 20, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome.
