Thunderstorms were forecast in 17 districts in Telangana for Thursday (September 10, 2026)

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a thunderstorm forecast for 17 Telangana districts for Thursday (September 10, 2026).
According to IMDs latest bulletin, thunderstorms accompanied with gusty winds are very likely to occur at isolated places in Mancherial, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Vikarabad and Nagarkurnool districts.

Hyderabad city and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see a partly cloudy sky. “Light rain or thundershowers are likely to occur in parts of the city towards evening or night. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 33℃ and 24℃ respectively,” as per the bulletin.
