The draw of lots to select beneficiaries of flats at Indiramma Housing towers in Hyderabad (CURE) would begin with the procedure rolled out in four out of 16 Assembly constituencies on Friday (August 28, 2026).

The lucky draws are spread over four days, from August 28 to 31, with the draws in four constituencies each day.

The government provides a subsidy of ₹5 lakh and people have to contribute ₹6 lakh for each flat. One family would be allotted only one flat. The ₹6 lakh has to be paid in four instalments, with the first instalment of ₹1 lakh after provisional allotment.

On Friday, the draws would be held simultaneously at Gandi Maisamma Function Hall in Qutbullapur Assembly Constituency; Mallareddy Gardens in Secunderabad Cantonment; Podupu Sangam Hall in Rajendranagar and Vets Garden in Nampally Assembly constituency.

The draws of lots are being streamed live, whose link is provided on the website of Telangana Housing Board, and on its Instagram and Facebook handles. The process can also be seen on screens places near the lucky draw centres.
