The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana, has invited online applications from NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates for admission into MBBS and BDS courses under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2026-27.

Online registration dates

According to a notification issued by the university on Tuesday (August 4, 2026), eligible candidates can register online and upload scanned copies of their original certificates from 6 a.m. on August 5, 2026 to 6 p.m. on August 12. The provisional State merit position will be prepared based on NEET UG 2026 rank and other eligibility criteria after verification of the uploaded certificates. Original certificates will be finally verified by the admission committee of the allotted college at the time of admission.

For NEET UG 2026, General, Unreserved and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidates should have secured at least the 50th percentile, corresponding to a cut-off score of 213. The cut-off for Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates belonging to General, Unreserved and EWS categories is the 45th percentile, or 194 marks. For SC, ST and BC candidates, including PwD candidates belonging to these categories, the qualifying criterion is the 40th percentile, corresponding to 177 marks.

Registration and processing fee

The registration and processing fee has been fixed at ₹4,000 for OC and BC candidates and ₹3,200 for SC and ST candidates, excluding bank transaction charges. The fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card or net banking and is non-refundable.

Documents

Candidates have to upload several documents during registration, including their NEET UG 2026 scorecard, Class 10 certificate, Intermediate or equivalent marks memo, study certificates, transfer certificate and Aadhaar card. Community, minority, EWS, income and special-category certificates have to be submitted wherever applicable.

KNRUHS said registration and uploading of scanned original certificates would be carried out only once, irrespective of the number of counselling rounds, and no separate notification would be issued for verification of original certificates. Applications without mandatory certificates, photograph and signature, or incomplete applications, will be automatically rejected.
