B. Hiran and D.H. Suryadev of GHSS, Peringolam, won the 10th Harindran Memorial Inter-School Defence Quiz held recently at the Regional Science Centre (RSC) and Planetarium.
The quiz, organised by Eagles Kozhikode, an ex-airmen’s group for social excellence, drew the participation of students from 46 schools across Kozhikode district. Quizmaster Nipun Shanker conducted the programme. Krithika Jayakrishnan and Abhinav Kumar of Veda Vyasa Vidyalaya finished second, while A.K. Mohammed Ridwan and Jasheed Jaleesh of JDT Islam High School secured third place.
Major Anmol Parashar of the Army Recruitment Cell, Kozhikode, distributed the prizes. RSC Director M.M.K. Balaji and Eagles Kozhikode president Shaji Abraham were present.
