Former Maoist leaders meet CPI(ML) Mass Line leaders, underline need for movement against communalism and fascism

Posted on June 29, 2026 By admin

Former Maoist leaders Tippiri Thirupati alias Devuji, Malla Raji Reddy alias Sangram and Damodar visited the Marx Bhavan, the office of the CPI(ML) Mass Line Telangana State Committee, in Hyderabad on Monday.

According to a press release, they interacted with CPI(ML) Mass Line State secretary Potu Ranga Rao, State secretariat members Hanmesh and Gaddam Sadanandam, besides leaders of the TUCI, PDSU, PYL and POW.

During the meeting, they discussed the prevailing political situation in the State and the country. The discussions centred on the need to forge a broad-based united forum to resist the growing threat of communal fascism and oppose policies detrimental to the interests of farmers, labourers and other toiling masses.

Welcoming the former Maoist leaders to the party office, Mr. Ranga Rao underlined the need for a united movement against fascism and communalism to champion the cause of people.
