Ryan Rickelton (123 n.o., 55b, 10×4, 8×6) produced his maiden IPL century as Mumbai Indians piled up 243 for five against Sunrisers Hyderabad, its highest total so far this IPL season. It still wasn’t enough at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday (April 29, 2026).
In conditions tailor-made for batting, Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma fired in tandem for the first time this campaign, setting up a chase during which the scoring rate barely dipped below two runs a ball. Heinrich Klaasen ensured there were no late jitters, sealing a commanding win.
