With its enormous crop diversity, Rajasthan may serve as a “living lab” for the agricultural technology companies which could avail of the numerous investment opportunities in food processing, cold chains, organic farming and drone-based agriculture, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said on Sunday (April 26, 2026).

Mr. Sharma was addressing an investor meet in Bengaluru ahead of the Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet (GRAM)-2026 to be organised in Jaipur next month. He said technology had an immense potential to transform agriculture sector in the State on a large scale, with the vast scope for modern irrigation and artificial intelligence-based crop assessment.
