The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) on Friday (December 5, 2025) attached fresh assets worth ₹1,120 crore as part of a money laundering probe related to Reliance Group chairman Anil Ambani and his companies, official sources told The Hindu.

The assets attached in the latest order include over 18 properties, fixed deposits, bank balance and shareholding in unqouted investments of Anil Ambani Reliance Group, the source added.

This brings the total attachment in this case to about ₹10,000 crore.

The provisional attachment order comes after the federal investigative agency had earlier in November attached properties worth more than ₹1,400 crore under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
