Over half of DDA’s Narela flats booked on first day

Over half of DDA’s Narela flats booked on first day

Posted on August 16, 2026 By admin

More than half of the 1,218 flats offered under the Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) ‘Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026’ were booked on the first day, the agency stated on Sunday.

As many as 661 flats were booked on the first day, with the 1-BHK units receiving a particularly strong response. The category was completely sold out within hours, the DDA stated.

The bookings opened on August 15, on the occasion of Independence Day, through the first-come, first-served (FCFS) mode.

“The exceptionally strong response reflects growing demand for DDA housing in Narela and the confidence of homebuyers in DDA’s affordable, ready-to-move housing initiatives,” the DDA stated.

The scheme is aimed at serving and retired government employees as well as working professionals from the corporate, business, entrepreneurial and professional sectors, the agency stated.

Under the scheme, the DDA is offering 1,218 ready-to-move-in flats at Pocket 11, Sectors A1-A4, Narela, at a flat 25% discount. The flats are available in 1-BHK, 2-BHK and 3-BHK categories.

Prices start at ₹33.40 lakh for a 1-BHK, ₹75.55 lakh for a 2-BHK and ₹1.065 crore for a 3-BHK flat, according to the DDA.
