Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) senior leader and former Narsampet MLA Peddi Sudarshan Reddy, who reportedly suffered a sudden cardiac arrest, was shifted to Yashoda Hospital in Secunderabad after receiving emergency treatment at a private hospital in Hanamkonda on Sunday.

Upon learning about his condition, BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao and former Minister T. Harish Rao, along with other party leaders, rushed to Rohini Hospital in Hanamkonda, where Mr. Sudarshan Reddy was initially admitted. They later accompanied the ambulance carrying him to Hyderabad.

The leaders interacted with the doctors and monitored his treatment. BRS president and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao also enquired about Mr. Sudarshan Reddy’s condition and directed party leaders to ensure that he received the best possible medical care. Hospital authorities said that his condition is stable.
