The Andhra Pradesh Teachers’ Federation (APTF) president Chennupati Manjula has participated in a protest at Prakasam Bhavan in Ongole, Prakasam district, on Saturday (April 18, 2026). She demanded the government to immediately resolve various issues of teachers and employees in the State-level education sector.

Addressing the media, she said that dharnas are being held across 28 district centres of the State deamanding to resolve the problems of the teachers. Even after two years of coming to power, the Coalition government has failed to fulfil the promises made during the elections to take steps to resolve the long pending issues of employees and teachers.
