“We Want Akaay’s Debut”: Fan’s Poster For Virat Kohli’s Newborn Son Is Viral

Posted on February 29, 2024 By admin

Star India batter Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma recently announced the birth of their second child, Akaay. In a joint social media post, the couple revealed that they welcomed their “baby boy Akaay & Vamika’s little brother into this world” on February 15. As soon as the news broke out, the fans were left buzzing with excitement. The craze of Akaay, who is not even a month old, seems to have hit an all-new high. During the 4th Test between India and England in Ranchi, fans were seen holding placards with Akaay’s name on it.

In one of the charts, a fan wrote that he wants baby Akaay to make his debut and play for India. A photo of the same has gone viral on social media.

Fans were also seen holding playcards for Akaay during the WPL 2024 match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and UP Warriorz on February 24.

Fans were also chanting Kohli’s name during RCB’s game against UP Warriorz. A video of the same was also circulated on social media.

Speaking of the WPL match, captain Smriti Mandhana‘s blitz and a disciplined effort by bowlers powered RCB to a comprehensive eight-wicket win over sloppy Gujarat Giants.

Mandhana (43, 27b, 8×4, 1×6) and S Meghana (36, 28b, 5×4, 1×6), who added 40 runs for the second wicket, made light work of a 108-run target.

RCB finished their towelling of the Giants in a mere 12.3 overs for their second win on the bounce in this WPL.

Kohli is currently in London and is expected to return to action during the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League.

The IPL 2024 season will commence a few days after the conclusion of WPL 2024.

In the opening match of IPL 2024, Kohli’s RCB will take on Chennai Super Kings on March 22.

The IPL 2024 schedule was announced only for the first two weeks and 21 matches, owing to the general elections.
