Battlegrounds Mobile India reached 34 million downloads in the first week. The game is only available on Android. Battlegrounds Mobile India will be launched on iOS this month.
Battlegrounds Mobile India has surpassed the 50 million download mark. The game was officially released on July 2 and has seen significant growth last month, even though it was already on the market before the official release. As part of the 50 million download rewards announced earlier this month, Krafton shared the development results through a press release and provided permanent equipment to gamers. Battlegrounds Mobile India is currently only available on Android, but developers have been teasing the upcoming iOS version.
Just over a month after the official release of the Indian Battlefield mobile version on July 2, the developer Krafton announced a 50 million download reward event, and it is expected that the download of the game will reach 50 million. In the first week of its release, Battlegrounds Mobile India had 34 million downloads, and it was only a matter of time before the game reached 50 million. The 50 million download rewards event includes milestone rewards for all three stages: reaching 48 million, 49 million, and 50 million downloads. Now, as of August 14th, the game has completed the final stage, and players have received the Galaxy Messenger set as a permanent item reward in the game.
“On the occasion of Independence Day, we extend our warm wishes to our Indian fans. We are very happy to be a part of this celebration. What’s even sweeter is that Battlegrounds Mobile India has been in the Play Store in just over a month. It has been downloaded 50 million times! I look forward to getting the same strong response from the first e-sports tournament starting next month,” shared Wooyol Lim, Head of Mobile Division at Krafton Battlefield.
