New Delhi:

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, on Sunday declared the results for recruitment to 460 faculty posts, saying the appointments would strengthen patient care, teaching and research.

The vacancies, ranging from Assistant Professors to Professors, span more than 50 disciplines at AIIMS, New Delhi, and the AIIMS–Central Armed Police Forces Institute of Medical Sciences campus at Maidan Garhi.

More than 3,200 applications were received, and the recruitment process was completed over six months.

In a statement, the institute said several measures were adopted to ensure the integrity of the selection process. “The marks were digitally locked using one-time passwords. The software generated the final merit list using these marks and pre-defined algorithms, with no human intervention except for resolving ties. This also enabled rapid declaration of the final results,” it said.
