Short circuit triggers fire in Shahdara building; 9 rescued

A fire broke out in the parking area of a residential building in Shahdara’s Mansarovar Park shortly after midnight on Sunday, leaving nine residents with breathing difficulties.  Police said the fire was reported at 12.05 a.m. on the intervening night of May 16 and 17. The Delhi Fire Services brought the blaze under control within 35 minutes. …
