Raichur Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Eshwar Kumar Kandoo visited lakes in Yarmaras and Tippaladinni in the Nagadadinni Gram Panchayat in Raichur district on Wednesday and inspected the water availability and drinking water situation.

Mr. Kandoo instructed officials to lay a pipeline to the Tippaladinni lake from the Bangarappa lake and said that a canal should be constructed to the Bangarappa lake from the Nagadadinni lake.

The Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants should be maintained properly to ensure potable drinking water, he said.
