Dustbins, Garbage Packets Made Mandatory In Vehicles Entering Uttarakhand
Dehradun: The Uttarakhand government on Thursday issued instructions to strictly enforce the rule of mandatory installation of dustbins and garbage bags in vehicles entering the state “to maintain its natural cleanliness”.
