Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday offered the traditional ‘sarey’ to Goddess Prasanna Tirupati Gangamma during the annual Gangamma Jatara at Kuppam in Chittoor district.

Continuing the long-standing tradition, the ‘sarey’ offering was made on behalf of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). The Chief Minister and his wife performed special rituals and offered prayers for the prosperity, peace and well-being of the State and its people.

Earlier, TTD Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary handed over the ceremonial offerings to the Chief Minister and his wife.
