“Rohit Sharma Doesn’t Hug People”: MI Head Coach’s Sensational Revelation

Posted on April 23, 2024 By admin

Mumbai Indians (MI) head coach Mark Boucher has revealed that star batter and former captain Rohit Sharma often gives awkward hugs and handshakes to others. In a video uploaded by MI’s social media handles, the coaching staff of the franchises shared unknown facts about their players. Head coach Mark Boucher, batting coach Kieron Pollard and bowling coach James Pannent offered the behind-the-scenes glimpse into the dynamics of the MI players. “Coaches spill the tea on our players and you don’t want to miss this!” MI captioned the video.

“Rohit does not usually hug people a lot,” Boucher can be heard as saying, while responding to a query.

On being asked to name a player with an “unexpectedly loud
laughter”, Boucher picked wicketkeeper-batter Ishan Kishan‘s name without any hesitations.

Pollard revealed that Suryakumar Yadav is someone who often makes autocorrect mistakes while texting, while he also called explosive batter Tim David as “absent minded”.
