A practitioner of Tezpur Medical College and Hospital (TMCH) in Assam was deferred for misbehaving with women interns.
A woman intern of the TMCH had notified Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, accusing that the doctor had abused her and other female colleagues. The state cops are inquiring into the incident.
Per the TMCH Principal Dr Karuna Hazarika, TMCH management suspended the doctor. The police are probing the allegations, Ghanwat added.
