The TMC leaders in Tripura allege that their student youth member Solanki Sengupta was abducted. Solanki was abducted from Maharaja Bir Bikram College, Agartala.
The TMC youth wing supposed that they went to East Agartala police station to complain but not register. They asserted that they tracked Solanki’s position but ABVP members prohibited them in the presence of local police.
The incident occurred when the TMC were preparing for the birth anniversary of the party.
It’s shameful as Joynagar girl Solanki Sengupta, a TMYC worker, was abducted from Maharaja Bir Bikram College, Agartala. TMC youths rushed to the Polistila Outpost in the college campus. They were beaten badly by ABVP goons near the SDPO IPS officer Ramesh Yadav, who was also slapped by BJP goons.”
The Police revealed that they are investigating the matter, as the situation is under control.
