Supertech, a real estate firm, constructed a 40-storey building in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. On 31st August 2021, Supreme Court declared its final verdict on the case and ordered demolition of the building. The firm had allegedly compromised several by-laws of construction while building the “Twin Tower”.
