New Delhi, July 19: On Monday, Samyukt Kisan Morcha accused the Delhi police of spreading misinformation and described his protest in front of the parliament as Sansad gherao. However, the police did not respond to this accusation.
Samyukt Kisan Morcha has notified that there is no plan to besiege parliament and that the protests will be peaceful and disciplined, the coordinating organization of the farmers union said in a statement. He said that the Delhi police decided to indulge in deliberate misinformation and SKM asked the Delhi police to stop the same behavior.
He condemned the posting of posters on social media and called for the siege of Parliament. All these appeals, whether true or false, are aimed at the interests of farmers and the ongoing peasant movement. The statement said that SKM strongly condemned it.
SKM and the protesting farmers have nothing to do with these calls or any such organizations. He added that SKM called on those who posted posters and called for action to stop moving and transferring farmers and their just cause of peaceful protest in any way.
