Merchant Raj Kundra is an accused in the pornographic content case, on Saturday moved a bail prayer in a court in Mumbai. Claiming that Kundra became a “scapegoat” in the alleged pornography case.

The investing agency had filed a supplementary charge-sheet against Kundra and three others. Accusing in the pornography case pertaining to the alleged creation of pornographic films and releasing them through some apps.
He is now in jail. Advocate Prashant Patil claimed that Kundra is not a single iota of evidence till date. Further stating that the prosecution that would connect the app ‘Hotshots’ with an offence under law.
Probe agency further accused Kundra for allegedly using the Hotshots app for uploading and streaming vulgar content.
The supplication said that there is not a single allegation in the entire supplementary charge-sheet against Kundra. He is absolutely clean.
Actually, it is a sole discretion of the individual artists to upload their contents on the app, the supplication said.
The contents of the complaint do not disclose any prima-facie offence against Kundra, the application said.
Further, Kundra is not related to the process of uploading or broadcasting of the alleged questionable content, the bail plea added. The court will consider the bail application on Monday.
