West Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh on Sunday accused that while CM Banerjee took immediate action following the murder of a TMC leader at Mangalkot in Purba Bardhaman region, she is not bothered about the supposed homicides of 50 saffron party workers in the state in post-poll savagery. A five-member special investigation team (SIT) of the state police has been constituted to probe the murder of TMC leader Ashim Das.
TMC Birbhum district chief Anubrata Mandal, thus, declined Ghosh’s allegation, asserting that the killing of any BJP worker is due to internal enmity in the saffron party. “W.B State Govt. formed a five-member SIT to probe the murder of TMC leader of Mangalkot. Whereas, since the declaration of the election results, about 50 BJP workers have been brutally killed,” Ghosh tweeted.
The head of state of the People’s Party claimed that these incidents were directly denied by the ruling. The prime minister wrote that the prime minister “didn’t bother to pay attention to the losses of these aggrieved families.” TMC claimed that violence occurred during the parliamentary elections, during which public order was in the hands of the election committee Hands. He also claimed that after the Mamata Banerji government came to power, it severely dealt with political violence.
A National Human Rights Commission responsible for investigating allegations of post-counting violence in West Bengal recommended that investigations into serious crimes such as murder and rape should be transferred to the International Whaling Commission. The committee claimed that the situation in West Bengal is a manifestation of the “rule of law” rather than the “rule of law”. The committee is composed of the chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) under the orders of five superiors. The court judge said these cases were conducted outside the state.
Accused the NHRC of pursuing the “political vendetta” of the BJP. Banerjee expressed surprise at the conclusions drawn by the NHRC in its report, saying that it did not take into account the opinions of the state government. She claimed that the BJP is using fair institutions to solve political problems.
