PM Narendra Modi, PM Scott Morrison of Australia and Japanese premier Yoshihide Suga will host the quad summit. Along with Presi Joe Biden at the White House on September 24.
In March, President Biden organized the initial summit of the Quad leaders in the format they promoted to fight. They strive for an Indo-Pacific region which is free, open, inclusive, anchored by democratic values, and without coercion, sending a message to China.

The Biden-Harris administration raised the Quad’s priority, seen through participation in the numbers of Quad Leaders. In March it was virtual, and now this Summit, which will be in-person, the White House said.
The leaders of the Quad demonstrate the priority of the Biden-Harris administration. Participating in the Indo-Pacific, including through new multilateral configurations to deal with the 21st century challenges.
Quad Leaders will focus on strengthening their connections and progress practical cooperation on sectors such as COVID-19. They would also stress on addressing the climate crisis, associating emerging technologies and cyberspace and promoting a free and open Indo-Pacific.
