Joe Biden’s acceptance rating as president of the United States is at its lowest after the muddled withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan.
This led to the Taliban taking over the country in no time.
THE POLL AND RATING:
A Marist National Poll was conducted with NPR and PBS Newshour and US President Joe Biden’s approval rating has fallen to as low as 43 per cent, the lowest since he took his oath .
THE REASON FOR DISAPPROVAL:
A vast section of American natives disapprove of the Biden’s foreign diplomacy and policy. A huge section of the people think that United States’ role in Afghanistan a “failure”.
43%- Biden’s Approval rating as the American President
56 %- of Americans disapprove of his handling of foreign policy.
61 %- of the population against the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan.
71%- Thought US was a failure regarding the Afghanistan crisis.
The poll revealed that Americans do not think that the responsibility for the Afghanistan situation rests solely on Biden.36 per cent, thought George W Bush as being the most responsible for the ‘failure’ of the crisis.
Joe Biden was held responsible at 21 per cent,
Barack Obama at 15 per cent,
and Donald Trump at 12 per cent.
