At Mega Madhya Pradesh Rally, PM Says Guarantee To Fulfil All Guarantees

Posted on September 25, 2023 By admin

PM Modi in MP: PM Modi also attacked the previous Congress governments in Madhya Pradesh.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today tore into the opposition’s “ghamandia (arrogant)” alliance at a mega BJP event ahead of the yearend state elections in Madhya Pradesh. In his big outreach to women voters at the Bhopal rally, the Prime Minister also “guaranteed” to fulfil all BJP promises if his party returns to power.

“The ghamandia alliance reluctantly supported the women’s reservation bill,” said PM Modi, referring to the new legislation reserving 33% seats for women in central and state legislatures. The Bill is pending the President’s approval.

“Their intentions are wrong. Once they get an opportunity, the ghamandia alliance will betray the mothers and sisters,” added the Prime Minister.

PM Modi also attacked the previous Congress governments in Madhya Pradesh for not keeping its election promises in the past.

“It’s Modi’s guarantee to fulfil all guarantees,” he said, asserting that unlike the Congress his party will fulfil all promises that it makes.

The Congress did nothing for women, PM Modi continued, and that he made toilets and implemented women-centric schemes like the Ujjwala Yojana. The BJP works for development while the Congress works for votes, he added.

“The Congress ruled Madhya Pradesh for many years, but the youth in the state witnessed misrule, corruption, and poor law and order. They are against every project made for a developed India and has no thought process for the future. The Congress made Madhya Pradesh a bimaru state,” he said.

BIMARU (which means ailing in literal sense) – the acronym has often been used to refer to Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, to imply that these states lagged in terms of economic growth, healthcare and education.

The Congress kept people below the poverty line for votes and wants to take India back to the 20th century, he said. “The Congress is a dynastic party with a history of corruption and appeasement. It is like a rusted iron that will be finished if kept in the rain,” added the Prime Minister.

The Congress leaders are born with silver spoons and the problems of the poor is adventure tourism for them, PM Modi said, adding, “When BJP is working for the upliftment of the country’s poor, the Congress is insulting them abroad.”

He said the Congress criticizes every move of the government even when the world praises those initiatives.

“The Congress criticised the BJP’s railway infrastructure push. They also criticized the new parliament building despite the entire nation praising it. They opposed digital payment, but the world is impressed by UPI. Congress neither wants to change nor want the country to change,” he charged.
