nomination at the Oscars 2022 for the original track ‘No time to Die’.
The sister- brother duo will be competing with the Queen,Beyonce for ‘ Be Alive’, the Hamilton star Lin-Manuel Miranda for ‘Dos Oruguitas’.
Van Morrison for ‘Down to Joy’ and Diane Warren for ‘Somehow You Do’.
To choose a title holder from a category that has tough contenders is a pickle.
In february 2020, on the release of the track garnered applause from the audience also, nominations
in the Grammys for Best Song Written for Visual Media
as well as the Golden globe for the best original song making Billie Eilish the youngest singer to win the Globes.
The track took home both the awards. Similarly, this is the first ever nomination in the Academy Awards, for both of them.

The Bond franchise’s previous two theme songs, Adele’s Skyfall and Sam Smith’s Writings On The Wall, were both up
for nomination and won Academy Awards for Best Original Song.
