Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav
PM Narendra Modi requests citizens to participate in occasions performed across the country as part of the Amruta Mahotsav. Which remembered to mark the 75th Independence Day of India on August 15, 2022.
“The 75th Independence Day should be a motivation for us. Our mantra be ‘India first’, it should ground of all our determinations. ” PM Modi expressed directing the 78th episode of his monthly radio program Mann Ki Baat. “We will converse in detail about preparations executed for the event celebration when we meet for our next Mann Ki Baat episode,” the PM mentioned.
Amruta Mahotsav, memorialized as a ‘people’s movement’ by the government of India, governed by a national implementation committee . Steered by Union home minister Amit Shah.
As part of the celebrations, India memorize its freedom fighters and relight the history concerned to them. PM urged to research and write on our freedom struggle in one of the earlier Mann Ki Baat episodes. The aim of this exercise was to develop young talent, thinking and opinion step forward. I was happy to find that over 2,500 youths executed this task,” he said.
The PM had initiated ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’ in Gujarat previous month. He paid honours to Mahatma Gandhi and all other freedom fighters. Sacrificed their lives fighting for the nation’s independence before the ceremonial beginning of the event.
“I pay my gratitudes at the feet of Bapu on this auspicious event. Bow to the feet of all the great characters sacrificed their lives. During the freedom struggle of the nation and pilot the country. I salute them,” he expressed.
‘Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav’ means the “panacea of the energy of freedom,” the PM stated. “…it means the nectar of encouragement from freedom fighters, the nectar of invention, the nectar of new resolutions. and the nectar of self-reliance,” he expressed, adding that this nectar of motivation from the past will provide to further encourage the coming generations of this nation.
