Real Estate company Anant Raj Ltd said it’s wholly owned subsidiary Anant Raj Cloud, will further expand its Data Center facilities, Colocation and Cloud services across three locations namely Manesar, Rai and Panchkula to 117 MW IT Load by FY 28.

“The funding for entire capex has been lined up,” it said in a regulatory filing with exchanges.

It said the expansion of capacity at it’s Data Centers in Manesar and Panchkula had strengthened its presence in Data Center business as both facilities could act as “Data Center and Disaster Recovery” to each other.

The combined capacity of 317 MW IT Load will involve Capex of $2 billion.

The company said the expansion of Cloud Services “Ashok Cloud” Infrastructure as a Service, at Manesar & Panchkula was in the advance stage of operationalisation as scheduled.

For the second quarter Anant Raj Ltd reported consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹138.18 crore and revenue of ₹631 crore, up 30% and 23% Year on Year respectively.

During the quarter, the company said it completed a ₹1,100 crore Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to support its next phase of development.

On the real estate front, the company advanced its luxury residential projects in Gurugram, progressed approvals for Group Housing-3, and continued expansion of its integrated township portfolio, it said.
