C. Andre Siddarth’s 111 and B. Indrajith’s 104 helped TNCA President’s XI post 384 for nine against Maharashtra on day one of a second-round match in the All India Buchi Babu invitational cricket tournament at the Gojan-B ground here on Friday.

Siddarth added 144 runs for the third-wicket partnership with skipper Pradosh Ranjan Paul (76).

Southpaw S.R. Athish brought up his maiden tournament ton (102) as TNCA XI piled on 414 for eight versus Haryana at the Gojan-A ground.

Left-handed openers B. Sachin (74) and Tushar Raheja (86) were involved in a 153-run stand, whereas Athish and S. Mohamed Ali (30) racked up 100 runs for the third-wicket stand.

Jammu & Kashmir bowled out Baroda for 176 at the Murugappa ground, courtesy of left-arm spinner Vanshaj Sharma’s six for 65.

Another left-arm tweaker Raj Chaudhary, too, claimed a six-wicket haul (six for 104) to help Railways restrict Odisha to 222 at the SRMC turf ground.

Group-B: At TI-Murugappa: Baroda 176 in 68.4 overs (Sukirt Pandey 54, Vanshaj Sharma 6/65) vs J&K 48/1 in 19 overs. Toss: Baroda.

At SRMC, turf: Odisha 222 in 85.4 overs (Rajesh Dhupar 43, Raj Chaudhary 6/104) vs Railways 19/0 in 4 overs. Toss: Odisha.

Group-C: At Gojan-A: TNCA XI 414/8 in 90 overs (B. Sachin 74, Tushar Raheja 86, S.R. Athish 102, R. Sonu Yadav 46 n.o., Amit Rana 4/113) vs Haryana. Toss: TNCA XI.

At IITM-Chemplast: Mumbai 224/7 in 70 overs (Suved Parkar 47) vs Bengal. Toss: Mumbai.

Group-D: At MRF-Pachaiyappa’s: Madhya Pradesh 213/8 in 86 overs (Rudransh Singh 63, Soham Patwardhan 93 batting) vs Punjab. Toss: MP.
