Stress on emotional intelligence to create learning environment

Posted on December 7, 2024 By admin

Emotional intelligence is the cornerstone for creating supportive and effective learning environment, said Principal of Bapatla Engineering College Shaik Nazeer.

He was speaking at an international Faculty Development Programme on “Working with Emotional Intelligence and Life Skills Management”, organised by the Department of English, in collaboration with the Guntur chapter of English Language Teachers Association of India (ELTAI). The five-day event that concluded on December 6, brought together educators, researchers and experts on a common platform to discuss the importance of emotional intelligence and life skills in personal and professional growth.

Head of the English Department P.V.N. Malleswara Rao said there was a need to equip educators with skills that resonated with the rapidly changing educational landscape.
