Cyclone Fengal has wreaked a havoc across the country. Cyclones in the North Indian Ocean are named by member countries of the World Meteorological Organization and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific panel. The name ‘Fengal’ was proposed by Saudi Arabia and is a word rooted in Arabic. Here is a quiz on the cylone names and its convention.
