Russian glide bombs have struck a concentration of Ukrainian troops near the border of Russia’s western Kursk region, state news agency TASS quoted the defence ministry as saying on Sunday (October 13, 2024).

There was no immediate information on the outcome of the reported strike. Russia has been trying for more than two months to repel Ukrainian forces who seized part of the Kursk region in a surprise incursion on August 6.
