A magnitude 5.9 earthquake struck Tibet region on Sunday (October 25, 2026), according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).
The quake was at a depth of 9 km (5 miles), EMSC added.
An earthquake of magnitude 7 struck the region last week, killing 16 people.
