Advent to invest ₹3,150 crore in Yatharth Hospitals to pick up 24.9% stake

Advent International, a private equity investor, has entered into a definitive agreement with Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Ltd. one of North India’s listed healthcare providers, to invest ₹3,150 crore of primary capital in the Company for 24.9% stake.

Following the investment, the promoter, the Tyagi Family, will remain the Company’s largest shareholder and continue to run the company alongside a leadership team of healthcare and business professionals.

Yatharth Hospitals operates nine multi-speciality hospitals with 2,800 beds and an overall announced capacity of 3,250 beds. 

Yatharth Tyagi, Whole-time Director, Yatharth Hospitals, said, “Advent’s investment marks a pivotal milestone in our journey and helps validate the strength of our platform and long-term vision.
