Karur Vysya Bank (KVB), a private-sector bank in the country, has expanded its presence across key markets by inaugurating 16 new branches, including one in Udupi, further deepening its footprint.
With the latest expansion, the bank’s branch network stands at 919 across the country. The new branches include six in Tamil Nadu, five in Andhra Pradesh, three in Telangana and one each in Karnataka and Delhi NCR, said a release.
The new Udupi branch is located on the first floor, Padmatara Complex, Kanakadasa Street, Udupi. Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) pro-chancellor H.S. Ballal inaugurated the branch while Manipal Technologies Ltd. executive director T. Tautham S. Pai inaugurated the safe and ATM facilities in the presence of Sandhya S. Kamath of Abharan Jewellers and others on Monday.
